  • Krys Kolanos and Tomas Mojzis were amongst the players placed on waivers by the Minnesota Wild today, writes Michael Russo. Nothing earth shattering about these decisions.
  • Nikolai Khabibulin has been placed on waivers by the Chicago Blackhawks.  Do not expect him to get claimed by any teams.  Chicago is in an extremely weak bargaining position right now.

  • Sandis Ozolinsh has turned down the Kings and Battle of California wonders if it can get any more embarassing than that?  Wow.  When Ozo is turning you down to play “defense” then it is time for a look in the mirror.
