Can Patrick Thoresen lead the Norwegians to gold in the 2010 Olympics?

It’s a quiet time in the NHL. The marquee names have been signed,and training camps have yet to begin. Not much is happening with NHL odds, so this week we will look at 2010 Olympic gold medal odds. Canada is the clear favorite, followed by the Russians and the Swedes.
