Winnipeg Jets Morning Papers

Your source for all the latest Winnipeg Jets and Manitoba Moose news and audio.

Note:  The Jets wrapped up this three-game homestand last night when they defeated the Flames 2-1 to close out the three-game homestand.  Today they were scheduled to practice but have cancelled and will instead take off directly for California to kick off three games on the road.

Note II:  The Moose look to stay hot at home having gone 3-0-1-0 during the first four games of this six game homestand and overall are on a 15-1-1-1 run since Christmas.  They will need to bring their A game this afternoon when they welcome the San Diego Gulls to town for a pair of games starting with today’s game at 2 pm.  Fans will get to see former Jets prospect Chase De Leo in his first game back in Winnipeg since being traded last summer and Jets prospect Kristian Vesalainen who I confirmed last night will return to the lineup after playing in the KHL.
