Note: The Jets wrapped up this three-game homestand last night when they defeated the Flames 2-1 to close out the three-game homestand. Today they were scheduled to practice but have cancelled and will instead take off directly for California to kick off three games on the road.
Note II: The Moose look to stay hot at home having gone 3-0-1-0 during the first four games of this six game homestand and overall are on a 15-1-1-1 run since Christmas. They will need to bring their A game this afternoon when they welcome the San Diego Gulls to town for a pair of games starting with today’s game at 2 pm. Fans will get to see former Jets prospect Chase De Leo in his first game back in Winnipeg since being traded last summer and Jets prospect Kristian Vesalainen who I confirmed last night will return to the lineup after playing in the KHL.
Sportsnet: Jets fend off tough schedule, begin to reclaim playoff identity. No question the strength of schedule for the Jets has been tough the last few weeks but probably not a bad thing considering the way they want be playing come April.
Winnipeg Sun: Perreault supplies game winner for Jets. A big victory for the Jets over the top team in the Western Conference. Ken breaks down the win by the local NHL squad.

Calgary Sun: Playoff atmosphere in the air as Jets down Flames. Read about the game from the perspective of someone who covers the Jets opposition.
The Athletic Winnipeg: Connolly Gamble’s bond with his brothers saved his life; his bond with Adam Lowry changed the way he lives it. (Paywall). He’s a great kid and Murat looks at his connections to this team.
TSN: Jets powered by Hellebuyck and defence in win over Flames. Connor Hellebuyck stood tall for the Jets as they managed to edge the Flames and what stood out to Craig Button was Winnipeg’s tight defensive effort and explains how the style of game the Jets are currently playing is how you want to be playing heading into the playoffs.
