Nikolaj Ehlers (Denmark) will face Switzerland. (Update – One goal for Ehlers in the loss to the Swiss).

Slovakia takes on Germany.  Marko Dano didn’t play the last game due to injury.  (Update – Dano remains out of lineup with injury).

Jets news:

Winnipeg Free Press:  Jets’ can’t go wrong at draft with either Matthews or Laine.  (Paywall).  Fans won’t be upset with either of these two can’t miss prospects.

National Post:  Auston Matthews wins battle but Patrik Laine takes war in clash at world championship.  The projected top two picks next month in Buffalo tangled yesterday in Russia.

Sportsnet:  Teammates what’s separating Matthews and Laine at worlds.  Plenty for Leafs and Jets fans to be excited about regardless of whom they get.  Although adding one of these two to the Jets team should have an immediate impact next season while the expectation is it may be a little longer in Toronto.
