If you’re reading this headline and thinking who exactly is Andrei Chibisov he is a 26 year old left shooting winger who has five seasons in the KHL.  Last season with Magnitogorsk Metallurg in 50 games he had 7 goals and 13 assists.

The news broke this morning via Cap Friendly who are reporting it is worth $700,000.00 (base) at the NHL level with a $92,500 signing bonus, $132,500.00 in potential performance bonuses and worth $70,000.00 in the AHL with the Moose.
