On the first day (June 26th, 2019) that other teams could speak to RFAs Pierre LeBrun reported that teams were touching base with Kyle Connor’s camp about the Jets restricted free agent.
The intent is still very much to negotiate and sign a contract with Winnipeg but hearing that some teams reached out to the Kyle Connor camp today on the first day of the RFA speaking period

And today LeBrun added this:
Hearing from a few team sources that Kyle Connor got calls again today from other teams… but at this point not clear whether that will lead to anything or not.

Jets fans will continue to wait to see what happens with their RFA crop.
If you have questions about how offer sheets work the folks at Cap Friendly do a great job of answering them.
I also appear on the Illegal Curve Hockey Show every Saturday on TSN 1290 Winnipeg starting at 9 am.
And I occasionally jump in the play-by-play booth at Bell MTS Place to provide colour analysis during Manitoba Moose games.
