Note: Following their 4-3 win over the Sabres the Jets are scheduled to practice today at 12 noon in advance of tomorrow’s afternoon contest against the San Jose Sharks.  Update:  Following today’s skate coach Maurice indicated that Connor Hellebuyck starts tomorrow and Tobias Enstrom is back in the lineup.  Get caught up here.

Note II:  The Moose will look to rebound from last night’s 4-3 OT loss to the Wolves tonight in Iowa as they take on the Wild.  Buddy Robinson had a big night for Manitoba scoring his first career hat trick including a goal with 1.2 seconds left in the 3rd period to send it to overtime.  The team has a morning skate scheduled at 11:15 Well Fargo Arena and then puck drops at 7 pm.  Update:  The Moose have Jimmy Lodge back in the fold after the Jets reassigned him from the Icemen of the ECHL.  For more click here.

The Athletic Winnipeg:  Tucker Poolman’s journey from the NAHL to the Jets is a surprise to everyone, even his mom.  (Paywall).  It isn’t quite the journey from Milan to Minsk but Murat looks at the evolution of the East Grand Forks native from his beginnings to the bright lights of the NHL.

Winnipeg Free Press:  Jets scratch out 4-3 win over Sabres.  (Paywall).  It wasn’t the prettiest win for Winnipeg but at the end of the day it is another two points in the standings bank for this squad.  Mike recaps the game.
