Bloomberg Business: Smartest Spenders in Sports 2014The Jets got the Wayne Gretzky ranking as they finished 99th overall out of the 122 sports teams in all four professional leagues.  (Seven NHL teams finished below Winnipeg)The criteria they used was “how much they spent in player payroll for every win during the last five seasons”.
