Jets news:

CBC:  30 Thoughts & Conference switch weighs heavy on Jets.  Friedman devoted the beginning of his 30 Thoughts column to the Jets struggle to adapt to the West.  No Jets thoughts in the 30 Thoughts however.

– Jets have recalled Eric O’Dell from the AHL IceCaps.  He is currently the 5th leading scorer in the AHL this season with 28 games played, 12 goals, 17 assists for 29 points.

Winnipeg Free Press:  Jets out-mediocre Blue JacketsIt wasn’t the most riveting game last night but all that matters to coach Noel and company is they left Ohio with two more points in their pocket.

    Dear WFP, terrible header for your column. Sure it wasnt the best game but the JEts got the win and bounced back from a tough game on saturday. Who cares if it wasnt the prettiest….a W is a W and tha’s what they needed. I hate the think what you wouldve wrote if they lost
