Sportsnet:  Hockey Canada could benefit from Monahan injury.  As we turn our attention to the 2014 IIHF World Junior Hockey Championship a couple of the Jets prospects are likely going to be making the trip to Sweden.

Winnipeg Free Press:  Trying to learn from error of their ways The problem isn’t coming back in tonight’s game and putting forth a better effort.  While that is necessary, the true test of the grit of the Jets will be showing they can put together a number of games in a row in which they play 60 complete minutes of hockey.
