Jets practice at IcePlex

The Jets held a practice today following a 5-4 SO win over the Sharks last night. The team departed for Detroit following practice.

Andrew Ladd – His shootout success. Earliest shootout memory. Feeling in the room during a win streak. Key to overcoming adversity last night. Getting his game back in shape. How does it feel when your game is at the level that you can take it over? Shootout moves. In favour of the shootout? What’s the difference in success in the shootout this year? Getting the power play fixed. Increased urgency to fix it?

Bryan Little – At the top of their game.  Trusting themselves even when score doesn’t reflect same.  Setting a tone for the team by his play.  Key to consistency.  What is it going to take to beat Detroit?  Confidence comes from playing against top lines?  Told to pull trigger more?  High number of shots.  Does it frustrate goalies?  Has the team opened things up?  His confidence.  When was last time he’s had this many goals through this many games?  Off to his best start ever?  Most comfortable with his start?

Grant Clitsome – 1st class seats after a three point night?  What was the difference in last night’s game?  Sticking to the game plan.  Building block type of game?  Winners of 3 of 4, what’s locker room like now?  Fixing the power play.

Devin Setoguchi -  Moving forward past the win.  Can’t really enjoy the win for too long.   Tons of offence.  Team finding itself?  A more resilient team?  Attacking the net more?  Expecting more from the Wings this time around?
