Globe and Mail:  Jets enter crucial stretch of seasonBryan Little called it a must win game and really both teams see it as such as later in the afternoon Islanders sensation John Tavares spoke about the critical importance of this evening’s contest.

Winnipeg Free Press:  Jets know they must get on winning rollWith the Jets playing 9 of the next 10 games at the MTS Centre, this team can no longer afford to win 1 lose 1 or even win 2 lose 1.  They need a serious streak to vault themselves back into contention for the post-season.

CBC:  Jets under Winnipeg’s microscope.    It seems like most players like being in Winnipeg and just needed time to adjust to the intensity of the relationship.  At this point in the season, it is starting to enter a more normal phase.
