The MJ has come a long ways and it putting a lot of kids into the NCAA, which is really nice to see.

I wanted to note that a Twitter follower has told me that Kasdorf has reported to the Des Moines Buccaneers of the USHL. I checked with the team, and they would neither confirm nor deny. 

]]> By: Luke Miguez http://illegalcurve.com/2011/08/09/prospect-pulse-jason-kasdorf/comment-page-1/#comment-7339 Luke Miguez Tue, 09 Aug 2011 20:50:00 +0000 http://illegalcurve.com/?p=31209#comment-7339 The quality of play in the MJHL has increased over the years, but I’m inclined to agree that Kasdorf is playing “out of his league” at the moment and should (for the good of his development) he moved elsewhere.  That said the USHL would probably be a good bet, provided he’s able to secure a starting spot.  There’s really no point in putting him in a league other than the MJHL if he’s going to be a back up.
