I like the way things are going gentlemen i have an idea of my own that im thinking about, I know Ezra wanted a brisket sandwich and i shall prepare a sample for you guys next week. I like all these ideas, especially the one with the blue cheese.

My other suggestion is that you start with an open faced sandwich, load it up with cheese (any kind). Then you throw in in the oven to melt the cheese.

When melted, you take is out, add a stack of bologna add the second piece of bread and voila. you have a cheesy, half baked sandwich that is full of bologna. Which seems bout right for you guys..

Blue Cheese is nice in small quantities. If you make it miracle whip instead of Mayo, it will cut the bitterness. Try it!

Really though, I just needed it for the color scheme go.Also, I am sure people could substitute the cheese!

Bread: Has to be Croissantwich for the curve. I know that isn’t on the menu, but you gotta go outside the box for something “Illegal”

Dressing: There should be a light layer of Mayo on the bottom for the ice.

Innards: Meat should be Sundried Tomato (Red) & Turkey Breast (White) a thin layer of Blue Cheese (Blue) to represent old school Jets an Illegal Curve colors.

Should come with a news paper for the knowledge..

A little corned beef (drew), some pastrami (rich), add some smoked turkey (ez) with a shtikel of roast beef on rye topped by hot mustard. With a kosher pickle (me) on the side.
