The average is misleading because of the size of MTS Centre. If it were a 17-18k sized building, those extra 2-3k seats would all be coming from the low end of tickets (ie. $39/seat or less).

Those extra seats would drop the average significantly. The weighted average of tickets (a more mathematically correct average) is actually $72/seat.

Lets just hope people can put their money where their mouth is. All i can commit to is the opener, and i already expect to pay top dollar for that. Congrats to Winnipeg!!
