These pictures from Phoenix really do say a lot!

The price of $40 for those seats is shockingly low (though maybe Jordan was just able to get a deal because he is experienced in paying craigslist posters to get into their boxes?).

Regardless, the fact that the arena was completely empty for a game against two decent opponents is also saddening. I'm thinking of going down there, me and my buddies, to check out some games and some broads if we can finger some tickets. Any suggestions?

I don't think the NHL will withdraw from Phoenix within the next few years simply because Bettman has placed a large portion of his reputation and legacy into making Phoenix work. I don't blame Bettman for originally wanting to try and expand into the desert ... but the Coyotes have had more than enough time to prove they were worth keeping around. They finally have an above-average season (so far) and attendance just keeps getting worse.

It's time to acknowledge that the Phoenix experiment has failed and move on to greener pastures. There is much more revenue to be had in places that are eagerly wanting a hockey team. Time to give them their chance, I think.

Just let Mr. Blackberry have his chance. It really can't get any worse.
