1st segment: In the first segment, we discussed Gary Bettman’s talk of possible expansion to the NHL.

2nd segment: In the second segment, Mike Harrington of the Buffalo News joined us to discuss the Sabres’ season so far.  We asked Harrington about the success of Ryan Miller, the lack of goal-scoring in Buffalo, Tyler Myers, the return of Mike Grier and if the Sabres may look to make a significant deal before the deadline.

3rd segment: In the third segment, Jeremy Rutherford of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch to discuss the enigmatic St. Louis Blues.  We asked Rutherford about the scoring troubles in St. Louis, why Paul Kariya and others have been struggling, the job security of Andy Murray, what the next move for the franchise is and more.

4th segment: In the fourth segment, David Pollak of the San Jose Mercury News joined us to discuss the dominant San Jose Sharks.  We asked Pollak if the Dany Heatley situation has been a big story in the Bay Area, if all three of Marleau-Thornton-Heatley will be at the Olympics, if the Sharks will look to add a defenseman before the deadline and much more.

5th segment: The panel discussed whether Alexander Ovechkin is a dirty player and whether Keith Ballard deserved to be suspended.

6th segment: We finished the show with rapid fire and cheers and jeers.
