Absolutely agree Bob with everything you say. I just think the team is playing much better and with an improved Osgood, it would appear the Wings are back on track.

•Don’t look now but the Red Wings, on a three-game winning streak, are one point behind the Columbus Blue Jackets in the Central Division. Part of the reason is the play of Chris Osgood who has made 82 saves and allowed two goals during the Red Wings’ season-high three-game winning streak.

To keep things in perspective, though, AFTER Ozzie made 82 saves on 84 shots in the last three games, Detroit is still at 42 GF and 43 GA and is 21.7% on the PP and 76% on the PK (for a combined 96.7); and while topping the Flames and Sharks is impressive, Boston is on it's own streak at the moment (1 GF in 3 games), so maybe that win isn't quite so shiny. Still, a win is a win and a streak is a streak.
