		<description><![CDATA[I can appreciate that based on statistics, various other divisions may be considered the toughest in the NHL - but in my mind, it is clearly the NW Division. Every year it is the same thing, hard to get points because of both the style of play and the high level of play. Unlike other divisions, it has been year in and year out that it is a battle in the NW. At this point in time, every team has a top notch goalie who is capable of taking over a game in a second. Luongo, Kipper, Khabby, Anderson, Backstrom - let alone the skaters. I also believe that the NW is the toughest because of the rivalries that have been built up. Without a doubt from - the NW showcases some of the best grudge matches in the game.]]></description>
