Great show. Great guests (esp. the Hat). Topped last week’s which wasn’t easy.

One thing: I think Chris Neil was a bit distracted in the “fight” with Lucic, or he might have acquited himself a bit better. I thought that as distractions or setups for thundering and unopposed right hands go, Lucic’s…um…”opening salvo” sure did the job. In the olden days when I played the game a cheapshot like that was called a “zipper” for obvious reasons. Don’t know what it’s known as these days, but as far as I’m concerned Lucic dropped a load of points in my books for doing it. A composite stick jerked up with that speed and force by a powerful guy like Lucic…I don’t even want to think about it. That Neil responded at all amazed me.
I don’t know who it was who commented something like, “Did you see Lucic clean Neil’s clock?”; but whoever it was must have missed the preamble. Wish I had.

It is true Bob. I should have mentioned that Lucic sticked Neil in the “family jewels” prior to cutting him early in the fight. So, Neil was probably in a little bit of pain prior the scrap. Even so, he didn’t go down and proved why he is a valuable member of the Senators.

Appreciate the compliment and glad to have you back commenting on IC.
