The D now, hmmm...
I like the situation in goal. Theodore has support from Boudreau and pressure from Varlamov. Varlamov has pressure from Neuvirth (say that correctly just once).
I disagree with the contention that Varlamov “...looked great, until he was exposed by the Penguins.” 
I’d say he played 13 playoff games in a 25 day stretch (first ever playoff experience) after playing 4 (he was 4 – 0) regular season games (his first regular season NHL experience). 
He won his first series coming in in relief, had a string of 5 straight wins, 2 shutouts, and went .918/ 2.53. 
I think he looked great and simply ran out of gas. Same thing happened to Cam Ward, who had just a smidge more experience in the NHL regular and post seasons.]]></description>
