I’ve always thought that Wisco, Minny and NoDak made for a pretty unique three-way rivalry. There’s a pretty steady stream of hatred (mixed with begrudging respect) flowing between those three programs.

How about the rivalry between UND and UNH? A lot of people would pay a lot of money to watch THE LAST HALF SECOND of that one…

My chin is still on the table having completely dropped after reading this horrible mess of a blog post. WTF is this guy talking about? One thing and then another? I asked myslef HUH???? and WTF???? 4 times in every bleeding paragraph. It is funny that the post is about college hockey yet it’s author is functionally illiterate.

Clarkson-St. Lawrence and Clarkson-RPI are also pretty big rivalries in the ECAC. Though I don’t know it the CU-RPI one is still as important as it used to be.

(I’m not a Clarkson fan, it’s just that we only seem to have 3 big rivalries, and two of them involve Clarkson!).

Also, have you seen any renderings for the new National Hockey Centre? Cool stuff.
