		<description><![CDATA[Its one thing I&#039;ve never understood.  Who gets these phantom tickets.  You oftentimes hear about teams that give away tickets to fill the seats.  Who exactly are they giving the tickets to?

As you indicate, its tough enough to own a team in good financial times, let alone poor ones.  The NHL must be offering Reinsdork a lot to convince him to get involved with the Desert Dogs.]]></description>
