It was nice of the NHL to schedule the Finals around the Illegalcurve.com radio show (Wednesday nights from 7-9pm CST)

Our good friends at Puck The Media (puckthemedia.wordpress.com) say the May 31st game will be in primetime 7PM ET. I’ll believe it when I see it.

Please, dear God, let NBC demand that the Sunday May 31st game be played in the afternoon. I want to see the NHL schedule an afternoon game the next day after a night game. You might get a 25000 word rant if that happens.

Osgood said something during the post game press conference along the lines of “I guess the schedule is being done for tv” as you could clearly see he wasn’t impressed with a back to back game 1 Saturday and game 2 Sunday.
