  • Does the NHL do enough to reach out to black fans? (H/T, Kukla) Fair question, but I don’t think the fans need to be broken down into ethnic groups. A fan is a fan, period.
  • Curtis Sanford looks to be the odd man out in Vancouver. Seems a likely candidate to get picked up.
  • More potential Winter Classic venues. SoCal would be nice!
  • Checking out the The Pipeline Show for an archived interview with Oilers prospect Robbie Schremp, commenting on recent statements by Craig MacTavish. Schremp takes the high road.
  • The World of Junior Hockey discusses the Mid-Term Rankings.
  • In Lou We Trust discusses the attendance woes in Newark. These woes are explained well enough  by saying, “Newark”
  • The USHL has released the rosters for its All-Star/Prospects game to be held in Sioux Falls, SD. The CHL Home Hardware Top Prospects Game rosters can be found here. Looking forward to both games.

Gotta agree with Gov. Rendell – Game at Penn State’s Beaver Stadium between cross-state rivals Pittsburgh and Philadelphia.
