• The Bolts are trying to find ways to not pay Barry Melrose.  This is straight out of the movies.
  • The return of Steve Sullivan to Nashville’s line-up?  Would be great to see.  In fact, he’d be a perfect replacement for the offense lost when Radulov bolted town for the KHL.  Never mind the fact that he’s an exciting player to watch.
  • Here are the Stars’ lines from practice today.  Strong down the middle, weak on the wings.
  • Are the Canadiens trading Jaroslav Halak?  Really would make some sense considering Carey Price is their goalie for the next 10+ seasons.
  • The Five Hole Fanatics want Jay Bouwmeester wearing a Flames uniform and offer up a couple proposals.  He’s been absolutely terrific lately, so everyone is going to be in on those sweepstakes.
